Oil slick

This coloring technique was invented by the New York colorist Aura Friedman (it will be described separately below). It consists in the consistent application of dark blue and dark green shades to dark hair. The effect is impressive: in the light, the hair shimmers, and really, like gasoline on wet asphalt.

Opal hair

Another invention by Aura Friedman, inspired by the opal stone. In this dyeing technique, several shades of cut are used, namely pearl, clove, salmon and blue. Sometimes a little green is also added to make the contrasts even more visible and appetizing.

Northern Lights

It is obvious why this coloration got its name. When shades of green, light green, blue, blue, black and white are poured on the hair, all this splendor looks, let's say, bewitching. Especially when moving and in difficult captures, when you can see how the hairs differ from each other.
