Sketch with a light pencil
Using a beige pencil, sketch along the upper lid to indicate the length, width and curve of the arrow. From the inner corner, paint over the resulting sketch with a gel liner. Draw with a pencil the ciliary edge of the lower eyelid and draw a dashing arrow with liquid eyeliner, exactly repeating the arrow at the top, only slightly thinner. Place your elbow on a firm surface while drawing. Keep the brush parallel to your eyelid.
Combine black eyeliner and colored
After stepping back one millimeter, draw a line along the eyelash edge with colored eyeliner. Draw the crease of the eyelid with it from the outer corner of the eye. Keep your eyes closed while the product dries. Using a black marker eyeliner, touching the skin pointwise, work on both lash edges, then apply lengthening mascara.

Complete the arrows with expressive smokey eys
Use a soft liner to draw on both lash edges, then blend the lines with your finger. To the outer corners of the eyes - any cream shadows with a metallic sheen. For extra shine, apply some colorless lip gloss to your eyelids under your brows.
