Wear breathable clothing
Stretching out in a swimsuit on a sun lounger in hot weather is the dream of every city dweller in the summer season. For those who spend it away from sunny beaches and refreshing sea breezes, there is a versatile but effective advice on how to save yourself from the heat. Wear clothes made from breathable fabrics - such wardrobe items will help not only cool the body, but also maintain the normal state of the body at a record high thermometer readings.
Fortunately, today we have at our disposal a large number of fabrics from which beautiful and light (most importantly) clothes are created. First, pay attention to cotton, linen and viscose - these materials will become your true friends in the heat (read also: "What to wear in the heat: 6 useful stylist tips").
Don't ignore your drinking regimen

The human body is like a wonderland - which is the fact that it itself is able to regulate body temperature. But in order to avoid malfunctions in it, it is important to drink enough water. This does not mean that you need to drink at least 20 glasses a day and hope that the heat will bypass you. It is quite enough to drink the daily norm (8 glasses of water) so that your body, especially the skin, does not suffer from moisture deficiency. Also, do not forget that if you are actively involved in sports or sweat a lot in the summer, you should drink a little more water than 8 glasses. The main thing is to maintain a balance of the drinking regime.
Wear light SPF
Regular use of SPF in hot weather is the main rule that will help protect the body from increased fatigue and exhaustion. It should be remembered that UV protection products should be at hand not only in summer, but also in other seasons. The main thing at this point is to choose the right texture of a beauty product with SPF: it should not be too watery, dense or oily. Otherwise, you run the risk of clogging pores and blocking skin hydration (also read: "Add Water: 5 Daily Mistakes When Moisturizing Your Skin").
Forget about night care products
In the world of beauty, there is still an active debate about the need to use cosmetics at night. But as for the heat, everything is very simple here - no thick and thick care products. Do not aggravate the situation with a thick cream or serum, but in no case do not completely give up moisturizing care at this time of day. Night is the best thing you can think of to restore the skin, since it is during this period that the regenerative processes in the dermis are most intense.

Use coolants wisely
If you are going to place an ice pack on the hottest part of your body, you are making a mistake. Instead, it is best to place the coolant on the pulse site on your wrist, neck, chest, or temples. These are the points that generate the most heat from the body, as in these areas the veins are closest to the skin's surface. In this simple way, you will significantly speed up the cooling process of the whole body.
By the same principle, you can apply something cool to the back of your neck, or more precisely, to the brainstem, which runs through the neck and regulates body temperature. Exposing this area to cold will accelerate the onset of the cool sensation and prolong your performance.
