What we really do: the car has summer and winter tires, with the onset of the first cold weather we instantly rush to the car dealership. In cosmetics, there is also a similar division: in the summer, creams should be light and moisturizing, and in the winter - nutritious and oily. This begs the question: have you changed the summer beauty set for a winter one?
How to do it: protect your lips from cold and sun with special means.
What we really do: paint our lips with lipstick and go outside. You will be lucky if there are caring ingredients in it, but frankly, they are completely insufficient for protection and moisturizing. The main thing is that it does not occur to you to use the shine in the cold.

What we really do: Another favorite beauty advice from magazines, which, in principle, is not difficult to follow, but very lazy. After all, frankly, after a hot bath, you want to wrap yourself up in a blanket rather than stand and smear the cream on your body, and then wait for it to be absorbed.
How to do it: do daily exercises.
What We Really Do: This is a major stumbling block for many of us. We learned to restrict ourselves to food, use modeling creams, walk up the stairs, and not use the elevator, but it is not in our power to force ourselves to go to fitness in the morning.
