Traditions and human diet are shaped by geography and climatic factors. The use of local products for food is extremely important, since thanks to it, the body's resistance to the natural and climatic conditions of a particular area is formed.
Much depends on water and soil, from which plants receive useful substances. That is why the composition of cereals, vegetables or fruits of the same species growing in different countries will differ significantly from each other. However, this does not mean that you can do without the use of imported products - their presence in your diet should not exceed 10%.

Storage energy
A reliable food storage system is the key to well-being and stability at the level of physical and mental health. Clay, porcelain and ceramics keep food dry and keep it cool. Glass is suitable for storing pasta, nuts, pickles, preserves and anything that is not afraid of light. Tea, bread, cereals are best stored in wooden containers.
It is important to remember that all natural materials contain the energy of the Earth. The metal is susceptible to oxidation, therefore, when destroyed, it partially penetrates into the products. Food does not breathe in plastic containers, as condensation accumulates inside, which leads to rapid spoilage of food. It is especially not recommended to store any food in plastic.
Cooking methods
To maintain your health, it is worth making a choice in favor of a healthy and rational way of cooking. The most gentle process is grilling or steaming. It is useful to eat vegetables fresh or with minimal heat treatment. During the cold season, food should be eaten warm for good digestion.
Emotions while cooking and eating
When cooking, it is very important to control your emotions and thoughts without splashing out negative energy, especially if you are cooking on an open fire. To do this, do not forget to stock up on excellent mood and love - the element of fire will only enhance your energy.

It is equally important to listen carefully to yourself during your meal. An immoderate appetite occurs when trying to replace the lost energy. If a person is torn apart by feelings of guilt, fear, or anger, then the so-called emotional overeating can be a reaction to stress. A person who is in balance with his soul does not abuse food. Encourage yourself and treat yourself with love.
Heat treatment at the cellular level
Going through the process of collection, processing and preparation, at the cellular level, food products can receive negative energy from strangers, which has a devastating effect on the health of the person who consumed them.
