This summer, the BVLGARI BVLGARI Carbon Gold watch will feature three new colors on the dial and strap: blue, brown and black. Each color is accentuated by hands and hour markers made of luminescent gold. This coating illuminates details and ensures accurate timing in any light. And this is not the only useful property of the model. The Carbon Gold watch is water resistant and can withstand up to 30 meters of diving - ideal for scuba divers.
The main design feature is the braided strap, which is a reference to the BVLGARI Rom1975 model (the strap was made of natural hemp and the buckles were made of leather). The new version has leather weave itself, and the strap attachments are made of polyetheretherketone, an ultra-strong lightweight material used in aviation. The watch case is made of stainless steel, and on the side of each model there is a rose gold plate engraved with "1884" - the year the Italian jewelry house was founded.
The Carbon Gold watch model was first introduced by the brand in 1993 and immediately acquired the status of an advanced watch: it was precisely due to the engraving around the dial “BVLGARI BVLGARI” (collection name) that the brand name became a prominent design element.
